Does filing your nails help them grow faster?
Also, I used to chew my nails but I don't anymore.When I stopped and that was about 3 weeks ago, they grew like crazy why is that and it seems to me that filing your nails would seem to ';activate'; them to grow.Does filing your nails help them grow faster?
