They are nice and strong now, but when I get around to filing them, they will get weak and break. Can anyone tell me why? And I hate cutting them, so I have no choice.Why does filing my nails make them weaker?
you are probably filing your nails incorrectly. you shouldn't take the file and go back and forth on your nail. you need to start on the outer edge and in one stroke, bring the file to the center and do this on the opposite side. it takes a while getting used to filing your nails like this but if def helps out a lot.Why does filing my nails make them weaker?
because it grinds away your nail and it cant grow back as fast
