How To File Nails Professionally?

Is there any certain tips and tricks i should know about fileing nails? or any good nail files? thank you :)How To File Nails Professionally?
Pretty much there is no ';bad'; nail file. There are just wrong nail files. You have to chose a ';grit'; that is suitable for the job and results you want.

- Never file straight across the nail edge. This causes the nail to become weak and makes them break easier.

- File from the side of your nail towards the center of the nail.

- File in one direction at a time. Do not go back and forth like a saw.

-If you are making the nails shorter, clip them shorter with the nail clippers to the length and general shape you want. Then perfect the nail with the file.

-Use a fine grit file like a 180 or 150. The higher the grit the less it will tear at your nail.

You can get files of all sorts at beauty supply stores such as Sally's.How To File Nails Professionally?
