You should file from side to center. Do not file back and forth. That will cause your nails to split and seperate. Make sure to use a fine grit file made specifically for natural nails.Should u file nails in one direction?do nails tend to break when u file in both directions?
Apparently so but I never do and my nails grow long and strong
