why pay 20 bucks for a file while a dollar store one gets the job done for a lot cheaper?What is the best file to use on natural nails?
I don't know if it's the 'best', but all of my friends love the glass nail file from the Body Shop. They say it just glides over their nails, plus just a quick rinse underwater restores it to new condition.
