Well, there is no way to do it without nail polish remover, as far as I know. But I do know a quick way to use it. Instead off buying a bottle of it and wasting time rubbing it off, buy one of the little containers where you put your finger in the center and twist it. When you take out your finger, the polish is off!
scratch it off with ur nails. its time consuming but it does work
