Oh Ricky, you silly silly fun freak - You're supposed to file the OUTSIDE of your urethra, not the inside! I would have to say your going to feel a little stiff for the next little while... Go to the Pennish Expert she is the best at this stuff. We use to take our gay son to her all the time. He also had a crazy urethra fetish and put stuff in there all the time.
Get to the ER. Even if you can get it out, it probably did some damage, and you can wind up with a nasty infection.
